Reserve your puppy and lock in your pick. Please read each section and acknowledge.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 holds the puppy of Buyer’s choice. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including change of mind, circumstance, or inability to take the puppy on the agreed-upon date.
In the rare event a chosen puppy becomes unavailable through no fault of the Buyer (illness, loss, or Breeder’s decision to keep the puppy), the deposit will be transferred to a puppy of equal value from a future litter at the Buyer’s preference.
Buyer agrees to take the puppy home on or before the agreed-upon pick-up date (typically 8 weeks of age). Late pick-up beyond 14 days without prior arrangement may result in additional boarding fees of $25/day.
The remaining balance is due in cash, money order, or approved electronic payment at the time of pick-up. The puppy will not be released until payment is received in full.
At the time of pick-up, Buyer agrees to sign the full Purchase Agreement, which includes the spay/neuter clause and the one-year health guarantee.
